POSITION: Quality controller

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Monitoring compliance with the quality standards of the company.

Describtions of prototypes in terms of quality, quality control of products, monitoring domestic and import production.

Controlling product quality.

Controlling shipments in accordance with the internal standards.

Preparation of and analysing reports from incoming control.

Management of nonconforming product detected during the incoming control.

Updating and keeping quality documentation.

Development and ongoing improvement of the existing processes.

Final assessment of complaints, preparation of quality reports.

Collaborates with other company departments in order to achieve the objectives and processes.

Notifying superiors about irregularities on the production line.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least secondary technical education.

Quality control experience.

Level II certifications for NDT (VT, MT, UT, PT).

Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Computer literacy.

Ability to use measurement tools.

Knowledge of technical drawing.

Reliability.

Accuracy.

Independence.
